Everything to know before your trip: ID, luggage and common questions.

No ticket to show. Customers are no longer required to display tickets or receipts to driver, please have ID ready with passenger name to cross reference with our manifest, our bus runs a tight schedule and drivers will not be delayed.
Please review our policies before proceeding with booking.

This is for an adult ticket, free, with no additional bags. A child ticket includes a suitcase and a carry on.

What kind of baggage can I bring?

It’s important to pack your belongings securely and inside your suitcase so they don’t get damaged or lost, we are not loading anything onto the vehicle that isn’t secured safely inside your luggage. We’ve put together a few simple guidelines for your checked baggage so that everything arrives in one piece:

Common questions

How early should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure (15 minutes at the Kelowna Ramada Hotel starting November 1215 minutes at the Kelowna Ramada Hotel). We cannot wait for late passengers.
Where do I meet the shuttle?
Pickup locations, addresses and departure times are listed on our Destinations page.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Please bring photo identification so the driver can confirm your name.
How much luggage can I bring?
Luggage space is limited. Please review the baggage sizes and weight limits listed on this page.
Can I bring skis or a bicycle?
No. We cannot carry bicycles, skis, ski bags or snowboards because cargo space is limited.
Does the shuttle stop at Kelowna Airport?
No. Our Kelowna stop is at Orchard Park Mall until Wednesday, November 11, and at the Ramada Hotel, 2170 Harvey Ave starting Thursday, November 12at the Ramada Hotel, 2170 Harvey Ave. Passengers must arrange transportation between our stop and the airport.
Will you wait for a delayed flight?
No. The shuttle must leave on schedule. Please allow extra time for baggage, traffic and flight delays.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Tickets are non-refundable. Eligible tickets may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice before original travel date, subject to availability. Reschedule form
Does the shuttle have a bathroom?
No. Our 14-passenger Sprinter does not have an onboard bathroom because it would significantly reduce seating and luggage space. We make stops along the route. See our Destinations page.
Can children travel?
Yes, when accompanied by an adult. You must provide any legally required child seat or booster seat.
Is the shuttle wheelchair accessible?
No. Our current vehicle cannot board or secure wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets and emotional-support animals are not permitted. Properly documented service dogs may be accepted. Contact us before booking.
